This Blog is dedicated to my writings related to OODA Psychology, or how John Boyd's theory of Conflict applies to individuals in their everyday lives.
I am a long-time student of the mind and body. I am a practitioner of techniques and attitudes that can help return one to center rapidly, such as mindfulness, yoga, meditation and bicycling. I got into the profession of psychology as a result of my studies of awareness and my desire to help others change for the better. I think training one's mind and body to be clear, agile, and flexible while flowing adeptly within the context of the moment is one of the core skills that can help us all, especially those who struggle with managing their own emotional intensity or who struggle with a mind, life, or body that is like a runaway train.
